Nice looking bike, but that upswept exhaust will really interfer with your right side pannier. And, as far as I could tell with a quick web search, no one makes panniers for you. You might consider making your own brackets and mounting whatever strikes you as being big enough.

What are the best saddlebags for sport style motorcycles?
My husband just bought a Kawasaki Ninja 250 to use for his 20 mile commute and a motorcycle ministry we're about to start so he's looking for a pair of saddlebags so he can store his rain gear and keep his lunch in on his way to work. His other bike is a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard C50T so he's used to having storage for his stuff.
What brand of saddlebags do all of you sportbikers recommend? He needs them to be waterproof because he rides in all weather including cold and rain.
Most sportbikers you a tank bag or wear a backpack. The other alternative would be a bungee net to strap your items to the pillion seat.
