how to get rid of saddlebags?
I have saddle bags on my thighs and arms. its weird, the top.... 8 inches or so of my thighs are big then they look skinny. same with my arms. i reaally want to get rid of this. would losing weight get rid of them?

try loooking for ultrasound spot fat reduction. it helps with melting down fat cells. weight loss doesnt necessarily get rid of them.. the proportion will probably be the same as what you have now... big then skinny. so if you're not overweight than that is not going to help. but ultrasound spot fat reduction might help.

Cellulite and Saddlebags?
I am 5'8" tall. I have a big butt and upper thighs have cellulite. I have bags of fat on the sides of my thighs. Help anybody know how to get rid of these things?
the begining u just have made - u want to get rid of it.
1. start to eat a healthier diet.(les candies, coce, fat fast food, cofee). a lot of salad, water and fruit, nuts and green tea..
2. massage. rubdown urself in teh shower after spors, use a special shower gel with lifting up system to help urskin recover. bye smth that u coudl do body massages with, like a massaging head on a long stick so u could reach everywhere.
3. loosing weight by sports help a lot. but just don't think that it must be exhausting or smth - do a sports program - horse riding, swiming,. go long walks or trecking, play voleyball, badminton, tenniss, etc. anything u find fun to do.
sports grow muscles from fat so teh body chape becomes very attractive in couple of months if u do exercises regulary( 2-3times a week)
4. natural leaves. plants like mint, peprmint,. lemon, esential oils all hels ur skin to recover, to get flexible , shining and bright. put them in the bath, use with massaging creams and achieve good results.
5. do it regulary. things do not happen in one day but doing them regulary, loving urself, paying attention to ur body needs will help u to become pretty.
carrying on with all thnese things will help u keep fir, attracktive and loved.
