Each passenger (excluding infants) is permitted to carry one piece of cabin baggage on board (free of charge). Strictly one item of cabin baggage is permitted per passenger (excluding infants). Handbag, briefcase, laptops, etc must be carried within your permitted 1 piece of cabin baggage. It should weigh no more than 10kg and not exceed the maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. Due to security restrictions - certain items cannot be carried in cabin baggage. For the safety and convenience of all passengers, cabin baggage must fit underneath the seat or in the overhead compartment.

Saddle soap is NOT GOOD for your leather furniture. It will make it look good but is actually harmfull in the long run... Lexol No Bull are a few good ones ... Then there is plain old H2o on a soft cloth..
Many of your store bought auto based leather cleaners seal up the leather to the point that it can not breath. A good condtioner needs to moisterise the leather as well as allow the leather absorb and react to the envirment its in... Saddle soap does not do this....

I am looking at a used saddle that I might buy. I rode in it today, and it is so comfortable. The only problem is that it has some minor cracking above the knee pads. Is it possible for these cracks to be repaired by a saddle repair shop? I am going to use the saddle for showing. The rest of the leather is in good condition. It is a very good price, and an expensive brand name. I couldn't find anything on the internet about fixing these cracks, only how to prevent them. Thanks!

IMHO the most important equipment is the one that you wear and the one that your bike wears (saddlebags) because you need to protect yourself with helmet, jacket and gloves and also be able to carry and adequate arsenal of items. That is why personal equipment and saddlebags are the ABC of motorbiking.

Harley Sportster 883 or Vulcan EN500?
I was going to buy a 1995 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 from a friend for $1200. I told him it looked good but we haven't finalized the deal.
Another friend just told me he will let me have his 1996 Harley Sportster 883 dressed with a windshield highway bars and Saddlebags for $4,000.
I am not sure wich to buy. For one thing I don't want to go back on a committment, although we havn't shook on the deal.
I am not sure I could handle a sportster. I am upgrading from riding dirt bikes.
I am thinking the Vulcan is a good intermediary step.
But I have to admit the Sportster is a sweet looking machine.
the sportster is top heavy and doesnt handle curves as well as the vulcan.
