I am going to research into designing a way in which to transport bags, sporting equipment etc on a bike securely and safely.
Center of gravity. Too high and it makes the bike difficult to handle. Bottom of pannier too low and it is difficult to turn.
This issue has been around as long as I can remember, but it is my greatest belief that Jim Blackburn has it dialed in... you will be hard pressed to beat his work- but good luck!
