I gain all my weight in my upper inner and outer thighs. I guess they're called saddle bags? Woohoo. Anyway, I'm going on vacation, and I'd LOVE to tone them down. They're awfully huge and stick out. I understand I can't change my body type, yet I would like tone and firm up around there. Any suggestions? Exercises? I'm looking mostly for exercises like wall sits, ect.. Rather than running and walking, and bikinig. Although I know that helps, I rather tone up and 'target' there.
My ex sister-in-law had the same exact problem. She would lay on her side, propped up on her elbows, and lift her leg up and down without letting her leg or foot touch the other or the floor. (side leg lifts i guess you would call it) Hopefully that helps
