Hard saddlebags Weird panifull feeling when I run?(read more)?
Ok,Im having a real problem when I try to run. So,Im tall and skinny,but I have saddlebag hips(fat on the hips and upper butt area).
But anyway,here is the deal.I cant run because when I start running,my upper butt and hips start to jiggle so hard and I get this awfull painfull feeling like they are getting peeled of from my bones. If I ignore that feeling,that area becomes red and it burns and itches at the same time. But I have to run cause my PE grade depends on that,but I cant tell my PE teacher about it,cause I dont know what exacly my problem or desise is. And yes,I eat right and Im active.My BMI is 20,so there is no point of losing weight. Do I have cellulite?Is it suppost to hurt? What can I do?
Just to let you know.Im not bothered by my hip fatIts not even noticable when I wear jeans.I just want to run normally and without pain.

Try and get some proper running shoes that will support your feet and help cushion your bones. Also, try to run up on the balls of your feet - keep it 'light' - don't let yourself simply slam along, coz that will definitely hurt - ouch! That burning and itching you feel is caused by teeny tiny, harmless tears in your tissue as you run. Microscopic, so don't worry, but do take it easy until you're properly fit.
