sounds to me like a very good deal, you're talking about 3500 dollars worth of options and with only 3900 miles on it, as long as it runs well, I'd go get it. Hint…offer him 13,000, that's all he wants, that's why he listed it at 13,500…good luck…

I don't really consider any upgrades to be a part of the vehicle's value in general. Most bikes I've seen don't sell for prices that take accessories into account. On the other hand, Harley-Davidson bikes defy reason when it comes to selling prices. It really depends on how badly you want the bike I suppose. I won't get into what I would and wouldn't pay for a bike like that, but you need to consider how much you're willing to pay for a bike like that.

I think it's a fair deal not a great deal. You have some nice accessories and the bike is almost new with 4,000 miles. Being that it's a 100th Anniversary adds a few dollars to the price.

If you pay over $12,000,00 its too much. KBB should give you the retail and the trade in values. $13,500.00 is not a good deal.
In fact for that money you could by a new Victory 8 Ball that is a superior product and get a 5 year warranty. The used HD has no warranty and the total cost of ownership will be higher. Get a 07 model you still get the 5 year warranty and the discount will cover the Stage 1 kit and saddle bags. Plus you will dust a Fatboy.
