Rear saddlebag
I have an enormous rear end?
I have a butt so big I thought it was swollen. My upper body is very petite, but below it's enormous- thighs,hips,butt. I cannot get a straight answer as to how to truly blast away saddlebags( short of lipo) my butt is so big ya'll!!! ghetto bootay, and I ain't even black
My husband, the trainer, says to work out more (running and weight training) and eat a high-protein, low-carb diet. You can't really spot reduce - though you can focus your weight training regimen on the lower body. It won't make you bigger, it will aid in getting rid of the excess fat.
