Saddle Bags?
Is there anyone out there that knows how to get rid of saddle bags (physically). I'm active and I'ce tried excercising that area of my legs, but they are still there! help!
I'm not old I'm 12 years old. I'm talking about the saddle bags like on your hips and they have that weird curvy shape (like saddles).
Many females are born with wide hips. Some have a very exagerated hip girdle. Some tend to store fat on their hips more than others. It is common, however, for females to store fat around their hip and thigh area.
You cannot change your bone structure. Although, you can reduce the fat around your hips. Start with your diet, do not eat excessive amounts of saturated fats such as: animal fat or cheese. Don't confuse what I'm saying; fat should not be eliminated completely, just kept to a minimum. Fat is essential to your health. It lubricates your joints, releases hormones, keeps your skin soft and moisturized.
Attempt to be more active. At your age, specific exercises can become boring. I suggest getting exercise and having fun at the same time. Try playing soccer every day or every other day for an hour. Swimming is great exercise as well. Riding your bike is also good. What ever you do, try to be intense and do it for at least 30 minutes.
Try and eat smaller and more frequent meals, every day. Try and eat about 4 small meals a day. Or even 6. Yes, 6 meals. I know it sounds like a lot but it's actually better to eat 6 small meals than 3 large ones. The reason is, if you eat 6 small meals spread out through out the day, your body can digest them better and you will be provided with a steady supply of energy. Having 3 large meals spaced 3 or more hours apart will leave you heavy feeling at first. In between meals, you may become very hungry because too much time has elapsed since you last ate and your body hasn't been nourished.

Whats the best exercise to do to get rid of saddle bags?
You know the upper thigh area!
I'm already working out to an exercise video called Turbo Jam,
but I would also like to target that specific area!

I think bicycling and hot showers to steam yourself just like being in a steam room.
