saddlebag Set how can I restore and reshape a set of leather saddlebags that rain and sun have damaged them?
Look for an item called saddle soap. That will soften and clean the leather. To reshape it, I'd moisten them will more water and pack them with something (like scrap paper or newspaper - careful of the ink) until it dries. If you want a precise shape, you'd need to stuff them with something the shape of the bag - like some carved hard foam. After the excess moisture dries the leather will keep the shape when you remove the inside packing.

How can i build lean muscle? (PICS)?
I want to be able to become slimmer and look toned all over. I workout at home and only have around 5 pound dumbells. I need some exercises that will be effective in helping me shape up. My trouble spots are my thighs, hips, arms and stomach area. I have saddlebags and cellulite. I have had these pics. around a year now but i basically look the same. I am 22 and 110 pounds and 5' 5" tall. Can you please suggest exercises i can do and how many sets and reps etc.

Well you are certainly thin.. i wouldnt worry about weight loss by anymeans. However if you are trying to gain an athletic look... starting from here will be fairly easy since you have no weight to lose. By the way, cellulite will NEVER go away without expensive treatments (even with the treatments it will still show slightly and will come back over time, thus costing TONS of money). Even the thinnest of super models have cellulite.. it has nothing to do with how fat you are. Granted it shows more the more weight you have.. but it will always be there. So... i suggest if you are trying to get an athletic body appearance.. you try pilates... litteraly go and buy a couple dvds... they are GREAT exercises for making long lean muscle.. I LOVE pilates.. granted i dont have the time to do it. So, i honestly suggest researching that. It would be best and its really a beautiful lean toning system for women.
