I am on a competitive dance team and i work out rigorously at practices 3-4 times a week. We don't just dance at practices we do strength excercises and stretches along with the cardio that comes along with strenuous dancing. How do I get rid of saddle bags on my inner things???

Good exercise- Do about 10 plies... with feet about 1-2 ft apart and then lift up your heels while plieing ... makes your inner thighs burn!
