saddle bag My friend gave me a dior saddle bag and it stinks of cigarettes, whats the best thing to clean it with?
Its one of the fabric bags, with dior writing on it. Any suggestions will be great I hate the smell of smoke,ugh.... but its a beautiful bag
I wouldn't use Febreeze. It just masks the odor temporarily and can cause breathing problems. Completely cover the bag with baking soda and then rub it and pat it into the fabric so it gets as far into it as possible. Let it sit overnight and then vacuum it all back out. Another site recommends filing the bag with orange peels and letting it set, they weren't specific how long. The peels are suppose to absorb the smell. You could also try putting the bag in a large plastic container, along with an open bowl of vinegar. The hotter it is the faster this one is suppose to work. If it is one of those hot summer days, leave it in the container, out in the sun all day. Just put it where no one will bump it and spill the vinegar on your bag.

I want to get a saddle bag for long trail rides. The problem is that I have an englsih saddle. Has any one used the tie on thing? I do have a saddle bag that I think is the one you're on about, it sits just behind the saddle and ties to the rings at the back. If that's the type you mean, then they're not built to be used all the time - so shouldn't rub from occasional use. They can get very hot under those bags though, and I've found it's not all that secure and tends to bang around on their back - so I've only used mine the once and will go without if I can.

there are 2 types of remotes infrared and radio, if its an RC remote it will work with out line of site, if it is infra red it needs line of sight. try to experiment with it to determine.
